· High levels of personal development, honesty, teamwork, and enthusiastic

· All grassroots 4v4, 7v7 9v9, 11v11 licenses completed, and a USSF D license or above(or the willingness to sign up and complete the next available D license course)

· Positive development-centered mentality

· Previous coaching experience with youth soccer players

· Place the interests of the club’s youth players above their own.

· Bring energy and enthusiasm to the club’s training, team, and match environments.
