Parent FAQs
What are the club fees and how do I pay them?
Club fees are determined by age group. The initial deposit of $150 is due right after tryouts. The remaining balance can be paid in full or in monthly payments. Payments are due monthly starting 30 days after the initial deposit is made. All payments are made through BYGA. BYGA does charge a fee of roughly 3.5%.
How early should my player be at a game?
Your player should be at the game 45 minutes before the start time. It is important that your player is on time so they can get a good warm up and receive coach’s instructions.
How are tournament fees determined?
Tournament fees for in-town tournaments are determined by taking the tournament registration fee and dividing it up equally across all the players on the team. Tournament fees for away or out-of-town tournaments are determined by taking the tournament registration fee plus the coach’s hotel cost and dividing it across all of the players on the team.
How do I pay tournament fees?
Team managers will collect tournament fees and pay for tournaments.
Is participation in tournaments mandatory?
Yes, as a member of the team you are required to participate in tournaments.
